A weekend at one of our summits is pretty intense, but really rad. We kick off the evening before (your travel day) with a Welcome Reception with organizers and some of the panel athletes. Day 1 starts bright and early- usually some stretching and focus exercises and then launch right into panels and workshops. Lunch/Recess Activities (ski, skate, climb etc) and back to the panels and speakers until dinner time. Days 2-3 follow a similar format and pack in the knowledge bombs. The concepts are Purpose, Passion, Brands, Sponsorships/Partnerships, Promotion & Representation, Coaching & Education, Training, Injury, Mental Health & Adversity, Financial Planning, Social & Media Trainings, some Trade Secrets and more.  It's A LOT and according to past attendees, it might just be the most important thing you do this year. Not to mention you get a lot of one-on-one time with some of the most successful action sports pros.

I was recently on the phone with Jonny Moseley about our conferences and he recalled a similar training he was given back when he was on the US Team. He said that workshop stuck with him to this day. Being prepared for what comes next in your career is vital to your future success. 

You will definitely be far more savvy and confident, with clear direction, and knowledge after this 3-day intensive. 

Oh, Magic 8 Ball? ...The Answer is Yes. Wherever you are in your life, 9th grade ripper or college age senior wondering what's next, action sports is a family. We don't judge you by age, sex, race, religion, skill, dorkiness, or that fear you're holding on to. Unless you are a total jerky, we think you'll fit in just fine and be supported by everyone here.  We all share a passion for this cool space called action sports (ski, snowboard, skateboard, mtn biking, surfing, climbing, BASE, motoX, mountaineering, wakeboard, kiting, parkour, roller skates, extreme tree climbing,  whatever.) If you love it, and want to find a way to make a healthy long career at it, we can definitely point you in the right direction and hopefully help you out along the way for years to come. PS-We aren't tolerant of bullies.

We know, it seems like a heavy price tag, but we really believe that you will get every dime out of your 3-day journey with us. That said, if you have enough talent and passion we want to support that. We do have scholarship money available to try to help get you here... per need basis. It's tough as a parent to navigate mainstream sports, but action sports (and the limited dollars into the industry) make the navigation of a child's trajectory even more difficult. Compound that with the tensions that arise, we know it can be hard. We hope to help blend your wisdom with ours. 

Educating the kids directly; gathering knowledge and having questions answered directly from their heroes and industry leaders (and favorite brand sponsors) can change that dynamics and quell some conflicts.

We are also so keenly aware that you all have so many questions about academies, agents, tours, gap years, camps, etc., that we may just have to create an event or two especially for you.
